At UWG: Retired Lt. Gen. Russel Honoré, former commander of Joint Task Force Katrina

Retired Lt. Gen. Russel Honoré, best known for his command of relief efforts following hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005, to speak about leadership and preparedness in the 21st Century.

He retired in 2008 after a distinguished 37-year career in the United States Army.
