Final "How to do Business With Cobb County" Seminar is Next Month
Business owners can network with their colleagues and county officials and learn how to become vendors to Cobb County.

The last “How to do Business With Cobb County” seminar planned for 2014 will be held on Oct. 7 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Kennesaw State University’s KSU Center, Cobb County government announced Thursday.
“How to do Business With Cobb County” provides the local business community with an opportunity to meet county department heads, network with other business owners, and to learn more about the Cobb County vendor process.
According to figures provided by the county for the year 2013, the county made 16,000 small business purchases of less than $2,000, creating $9 million in revenue for those businesses. Additionally, the county made 12,000 large business purchases of greater than $2,000, which generated $126 million for county vendors.
