Alpharetta HS Marching Band Ends Season on a High Note 🎶

The Alpharetta High School Marching Band won first place for the 4A Class at the White Columns Invitational marching band competition hosted by Milton High School on Saturday, November 2, 2024. They also achieved first place in Music, Percussion, and General Effect, and second place for Color Guard and Visual in the 4A Class.

For the Gold Division, the Marching Raiders competitive show "No Strings Attached" hit a high note with third place for Music and Percussion, landing an impressive fifth against a fierce lineup of seven other 4A and Open Class bands.

The band is led by Todd Manson, Director of Bands, and Jared Kaufman, Associate Director of Bands. Matthew Howell serves as the Percussion Director, while Kaleigh Schlosser and Lauren Nguyen oversee the Color Guard. Christine Watermolen and Kelly Good are the co-presidents of the Alpharetta Band Booster Association.
