Alpharetta To Unveil Concepts For Kimball Bridge Road Improvements

Residents living along the Kimball Bridge Road corridor in Alpharetta will soon have a chance to review and provide input on two concepts to improve the thoroughfare.

A public information meeting on the plans is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8 at New Prospect Elementary School.
The session, which is being coordinated by the city of Alpharetta, is the second in a series conversations that began in October in an effort to gain citizen participation in addressing traffic congestion on Kimball Bridge Road.

Five improvement concepts were presented during the initial meeting, and the comments of the public related to those concepts is the foundation for the two improvement designs being presented on Dec. 8.
Meeting participants will be encouraged to discuss the designs and provide feedback during a facilitated group conversation. City officials will use the input from this meeting as they determine which of the two improvement concepts to implement.
New Prospect Elementary School is located at 3055 Kimball Bridge Road.
