Walton, who has been with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and its predecessor firms, since 2000, is a native of South DeKalb County. He holds a bachelor’s in International Business from Howard University and a Master’s of Science in Education degree from Georgia State University. Walton currently lives in Marietta with his wife.
