Iron Horse Golf Club and Beaver Dam Farms are teaming up to launch the Farm to Fairway Market, a new weekly farmers market in Milton. The market opens Saturday, October 10, and will run every Saturday morning from 8 AM to 12 PM at Iron Horse Golf Club.
Shoppers can buy pasture-raised, non-GMO beef, chicken, pork, and turkey with no fillers, along with vegetables picked the morning of each market.
What makes the market unique is that Beaver Dam Farms controls the entire process from pasture to plate. The farm raises its own animals and runs its own processing company, so it handles the butchering in-house. Most farms rely on outside processors, and managing every step lets Beaver Dam hold its products to a consistent standard of quality.
This is the first collaboration between Iron Horse Golf Club and Beaver Dam Farms. The market is free to attend and open to everyone, and no club membership is needed.
