County Needs Feedback On How It Uses HUD Grants
Fulton County is seeking public comment on its 2017 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report.

ATLANTA, GA — The Fulton County Department of Community Development is seeking public comment in its draft fiscal year 2017 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires the report as a part of the consolidated planning process.
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report outlines how Fulton used its allocation of Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Act and Emergency Shelter Grant funds from HUD from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2017.
All citizens and other interested parties are encouraged to review the draft document and to submit their written comments no later than 4 p.m. Friday, March 30. The final version with citizen comments will be submitted to HUD on April 2.

The draft CAPER will be available for review at the following locations beginning March 12:

- Atlanta-Fulton County Main Library (Central Library), 1 Margaret Mitchell Square SW., Atlanta
- Alpharetta Public Library, 238 Canton Street, Alpharetta
- College Park Library, 3647 Main Street, College Park
- East Point Branch Library, 2757 Main Street, East Point
- Southwest Regional Public Library, 3665 Cascade Road SW, Atlanta
- South Fulton Service Center, 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park
- North Fulton Service Center, 7741 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs
Two public meetings are scheduled to receive input from citizens. The first will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 22 at the North Fulton Service Center, which is at 7741 Roswell Road, Room 235, in Sandy Springs. The second is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday, March 26 at the South Fulton Service Center at 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, Room 215, in College Park.
