The market is organized by the Alpharetta Business Association, and typically includes special events such as European and Christmas markets.
Organizers are currently looking for an adult to "take the lead" at the lemonade stands during market hours, according to the Farmers Market's Facebook page. The job includes preparing the simple syrup each week, picking up ice, setting up, making the lemonade and washing up the equipment.
Anyone who may be interested in this volunteer opportunity can email Market Manager Carol Anderson-Wood at candawood@bellsouth.net.
