The 6th Annual Scarecrow Harvest is a time when the community comes alive with whimsical scarecrows. Accredited K-5 Schools create approximately 100 scarecrows each year. In addition to the students, we invite businesses, non-profit organizations, neighborhoods, families and individuals to make scarecrows. Anyone is welcome to design a scarecrow personality and join in on the fun!
At 12pm, SCARECROW AWARDS and prizes will be given to Accredited K-5 Schools classrooms for Most Creative, Best Constructed, Best Personality, “Go Green” Crow and
SchCOOLEST (school with the most participating classrooms) Scarecrows.
