Formed in 2010 as the backing band for Otis Redding III, The Georgia Soul Council have reconvened in 2011, and traveled in a very funky direction, which is their natural trajectory. They are Curtis Mayfield meets Parliament Funkadelic. The band steadily consists of Atlanta funk allstars Rob Robinson on Drums, Brian Didsbury on Bass and Lead Vocals, Andrew Kilinski and John Halpin on Guitar and Jeff Jeswald on Keys.
