Early Voting Starts July 2 In Fulton County (ICYMI)

Fulton County will open 12 early voting sites so citizens can cast ballots in the July 24 primary runoff election.

FULTON COUNTY, GA — Early voting will begin Monday in Fulton County, and elections officials are encouraging voters to use one of 12 sites it will open to cast their ballots ahead of the July 24 primary runoff election.

These locations will be open from Monday, July 2 to Friday, July 20, with polls closing Wednesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day, the county said.

You'll also have a chance to vote early on Saturday, July 14. Fulton County residents are encouraged to verify their eligibility to vote in the runoff before taking advantage of these early voting opportunities.

“We are opening 12 early voting locations and times to provide residents more opportunities to vote,” said Richard Barron, director of Registration and Elections. “We have expanded our hours during the last week of early voting to allow them extra time.”

Polls will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, July 2 to Friday, July 13, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 14 and 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 16-20. Early voting locations are:

  • Alpharetta Branch Library, 10 Park Plaza, Alpharetta
  • Buckhead Library, 269 Buckhead Avenue NE Atlanta
  • College Park, Library 3647 Main Street, College Park
  • C.T. Martin Natatorium and Recreation Center, 3201 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. SW, Atlanta
  • Fulton County Government, Center 130 Peachtree Street SW Atlanta
  • Milton Library, 855 Mayfield Road, Milton
  • North Fulton Service, Center (Room 232), 7741 Roswell Road NE, Sandy Springs
  • Northside Library, 3295 Northside Parkway NW, Atlanta
  • Ponce De Leon Library, 980 Ponce De Leon Avenue NE, Atlanta
  • Robert E. Fulton Ocee Library, 5090 Abbotts Bridge Road, Johns Creek
  • Roswell Branch Library, 115 Norcross Street, Roswell
  • South Fulton Service Center, 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park

Residents can verify their voter eligibility in this election by visiting the Secretary of State My Voter Page.
The runoff will be held Tuesday, July 24, and eligible voters have to vote at their designated polling location on Election Day.
