Homeowner Group Releases App For Residents To Report Problems
Homeowner Management Services Association is using the SeeClickFix platform for its HMS Fix It app.

ALPHARETTA-MILTON, GA -- The Homeowner Management Services Association last week launched a citizen reporting tool for residents living in the communities they serve.
Through the HMS Fix It smartphone app, residents will be able to quickly report an issue to HMS with all the details needed to keep their communities looking great and improve communication with clients.
The app, powered by the SeeClickFix, allows HMS to give residents a tool to help them maintain and increase community property values. It's also a more efficient way to track maintenance issues and projects while working to complete them.

HMS manages 3,058 homeowners in Alpharetta across 23 different communities and 361 homeowners in three communities in Milton, said HMS Project Coordinator Bryan Saunders.
“Partnering with SeeClickFix is going to improve the level of service that HMS’ clients receive across the board," he said. "We will be able to respond more quickly, communicate more clearly, and keep our communities looking more beautiful. This higher level of service will be what makes an HMS community stand out.”

HMS chose to partner with SeeClickFix due to the positive feedback the city of Johns Creek received when it launched its Fix It app, the organization said.
With the new HMS Fix It app, HMS expects to quickly handle issues in a community by managing them on one organized platform.
This will give HMS a better response time, allow them to more easily track these issues, and to devote more time to their communities. Reporting a problem to HMS will be easier and faster than ever before, and improved communication will mean that communities will be better maintained.
Users can download the app in the Apple iTunes or the Google Play stores for iPhone and Android devices, respectively.
