• No adequate handsoap at the kitchen hand sink. Only watered down dishwashing detergent was at sink and it would not lather up as soap even when a large amount was used. Provide proper handwashing soap.
• Provide paper towels directly at the handsink instead of across from sink at food prep area.
• Observed in deep freezer raw meat stored together with ready-to-eat foods (cheese, tortillas). Even in the freezer, raw meat must be stored below and separate from fruits/vegetables/ready to eat or any edible item with a lower bacteria load;
• Clean and sanitize inside ice machine; pink slime inside
• All food not in its original packaging must be dated to determine discard date.
• All food not in its original packaging must be labeled to identify contents.
• Protect all open food packages (saran wrapp/covered container)
• Do not store beverages (or any food) directly on floor. Elevate 6 inches.
• Do not reuse old food containers (example:sour cream container) as storage containers. Provide proper storage containers.
