Milton Principal Planner Michele McIntosh-Ross said this meeting follows October’s conservation subdivision open house led by Randall Arendt, author of numerous books on conserving land in municipalities, the city said in its press release.
At this meeting, Donald Broussard of Town Planning and Design will lead discussion and public input on the ”concept and process of possibly creating subdivisions where units are placed in a pattern that allows more green space than current zoning allows,” the city noted.
