A North Fulton County man died in the December 15 collision, which was reported on Atlanta Highway north of Milton.

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA -- The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone who may have witnessed the Dec. 15 fatal two-vehicle collision to come forward with any information that could help investigators in the case.

The collision, which deputies responded to around 8:20 a.m. Friday, was reported along Atlanta Highway at Creamer Drive, which is just north of the county's border with the city of Milton.
