SAR Piedmont awards Brochure Contest Winners at Fellowship Christian

Fellowship Christian School students were recognized by the Piedmont Chapter, Georgia Society, Sons of the American Revolution for achievement in the annual Sgt. Moses Adams Memorial Middle School Brochure Contest.

On April 19, 2023, members of the Piedmont Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution, Al Finley, Stacey McCarver, and Bob Sapp presented certificates of achievement and award checks to Piedmont Chapter first-place winner, Hannah Chacko; second-place winner, Brady Berry; and
third-place winner, Dani Victor.

The winners were three out of eighty-six Fellowship Christian School eighth grade students who participated in the annual contest which requires the students to produce a tri-fold brochure about one of five foundational documents of the United States. The brochure entry of first place winner Hannah Chacko, depicting “The Bill of Rights,” will be submitted to the Georgia Society, Sons of the American Revolution for a state-wide competition.

The Sons of the American Revolution is a national patriotic, historical and educational society whose members are direct descendants of the patriots who earned our independence.
