Athens Man Charged In Killing Of Woman Near Rolling Ridge Drive
A 17-year-old boy was injured in the late October shooting, police said.
ATHENS, GA — An 18-year-old man is charged in connection with a Rolling Ridge Drive shooting that left a 20-year-old woman dead and a 17-year-old boy injured on Oct. 28, according to local authorities.
Daviae M. Oliver, 18, of Athens, is charged on suspicion of murder and aggravated assault, according to the Athens-Clarke County Police Department. Oliver was arrested Wednesday, police said.
Police continue to investigate the case.
