$15K Reward Offered In Teen's Fatal Shooting At Piedmont Park

ATLANTA, GA — Police have released images of three persons of interests in connection with a shooting that killed a 16-year-old girl and injured another teenager Saturday at Piedmont Park.

Additionally, a cash reward of up to $15,000 is being offered for information about the shooting, which police said took place at an un-permitted gathering following a festival in the park.

Atlanta Police on Wednesday said homicide investigators need assistance in identifying the three persons of interests after the shooting killed Tianah Robinson on 404 Day, a yearly celebration of Atlanta.

Atlanta Homicide Unit Commander Lt. Christapher Butler previously said a 15-year-old girl suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder. She was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in stable condition.

Videos circulated on social media, with a caption on one stating there were multiple shootings in the park Saturday.

Police also released surveillance video, which appeared to show people scattering in the area.

The gathering took place on the far west end of the park, following a festival that ended around 7:45 p.m., police said. Authorities have not connected the two events.
