$50,000 Leap Day Powerball Ticket Sold In Atlanta
The $50,000 winning ticket was sold on Leap Day for the Feb. 29 drawing. The winner hasn't come forward, said lottery officials.

ATLANTA, GA — A winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold on Leap Day for the Feb. 29 drawing. The ticket was purchased at the Exxon Food Mart at 1161 Ponce de Leon Ave. The winner has not come forward yet, said lottery officials.
The winning numbers from that drawing were 24-44-46-50-51, and the Powerball was 13. The lucky ticket matched the first four winning numbers with the Powerball.
Winners have 180 days to claim their winnings. All Georgia Lottery profits go toward the HOPE Scholarship and pre-K programs.
