Buckhead Heritage Society Hosts Holiday Gathering
Annual holiday gathering December 12, at 7 p.m. at a beautiful Peachtree Battle Ave. home.

The Buckhead Heritage Society Annual Holiday Gathering will take place Thursday, Dec. 12, at 7 p.m. in one of Buckhead’s exceptional historic homes. Proceeds from the event will benefit Buckhead Heritage and its mission to identify, preserve and promote Buckhead's historic treasures.
Hosted by Julie and Paul Hagedorn at their beautiful home on Peachtree Battle Ave., the party will include music, drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Tickets are $125 for Buckhead Heritage members and $150 for non-members. The Presenting Sponsor is Peachtree Hills Place, and the event chair is BHS Board Member Charlotte Margolin.
Owned by the president of The White Provisions Company on Howell Mill Road, this 1920’s estate was one of the earliest in Haynes Manor. After subdividing and selling over 100 lots in the Haynes Manor and Westview neighborhoods behind the home, the owner traded this house for the Buckhead Theater in 1937. The home still retains exquisite original architectural details through several thoughtful additions and renovations over the years.
Buckhead Heritage is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that was founded in 2006 by a group of Buckhead residents who recognized the need for an advocacy organization to protect Buckhead’s significant historic resources. As Buckhead surges into the 21st century, many of its stories, documents, buildings, cemeteries and other historic resources are at risk of being lost. The group works to ensure that Buckhead's historic resources are accommodated in future growth and secured for the benefit of the community.
Tickets are available online at www.BuckheadHeritage.com. For more information, contact BHS Executive Director Richard Waterhouse at RWaterhouse@BuckheadHeritage.com or 404.467.9447.
