The Agave Experience at Dos Caminos Atlanta – Patrón & Pairings

Raise a glass to the art of agave at The Agave Experience: Patrón & Pairings at Dos Caminos Atlanta. Taking place Saturday, August 29 at 6 p.m., the immersive four-course dinner pairs handcrafted Patrón Tequila cocktails with chef-crafted cuisine, with each pairing thoughtfully designed to complement the flavors of the dish from the first sip to the final bite.

The evening begins with Street Corn Fritters featuring roasted poblano, cotija cheese, cilantro and smoky chipotle-lime crema, paired with the La Sombra Margarita, a black margarita with a hint of hibiscus. The second course features Burrata & Berry Ensalada with arugula, fresh blueberries, candied pepitas, pickled red onion, mint chiffonade and citrus-agave vinaigrette, paired with The Midtown Blue, a lemon-blueberry cocktail highlighting the elegance and silkiness of Cristalino Añejo.

For the third course, guests will enjoy Camarón con Sandía featuring yellow watermelon, Tajín, achiote shrimp, cotija cheese, micro cilantro and Black Sea salt, paired with Camino Del Fuego, a bright and refreshing mint and ancho margarita finished with subtle smoky spice. The experience concludes with a Churro Tres Leches Trifle layered with tres leches cake, cinnamon-sugar churro bites, dulce de leche, and vanilla Chantilly cream, paired with Dos Noches, an espresso martini.

Tickets are $65 per person, plus tax. The event is open to guests ages 21 and older. Gratuity, fees, and taxes are included in the ticket price. Menu is subject to change, and all sales are final with no refunds.
