ATLANTA — The Old Fourth Ward Arts Festival returns this weekend, September 26–27, bringing a weekend of art, community and outdoor fun to one of Atlanta’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
The two-day festival will feature a diverse mix of talented local, regional and national artists showcasing original works including painting, photography, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, mixed media and more.
Guests can stroll through the festival, meet the artists behind the work, enjoy food and beverages, and spend the day exploring Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.
Presented by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, the Old Fourth Ward Arts Festival is free to attend and open to everyone.

Tanger Outlets San Marcos

Tanger Outlets San Marcos welcomes new brands this fall with the recent opening of Spring Step Shoes and the upcoming additions of Happy Beauty and Kitchen Gadgets &amp; Toys. The new offerings will bring more footwear, beauty, home and specialty retail options to Central Texas shoppers.
Now welcoming guests in a new 2,400-square-foot space near Crocs, Spring Step Shoes offers European-inspired shoes, boots, sandals and more for women and men. Built on a multi-generational family legacy of craftsmanship, the brand is known for combining comfort-focused design with everyday style.
“Spring Step Shoes brings more variety to Tanger San Marcos, giving shoppers another trusted destination to find comfortable, well-crafted footwear,” said Jarrett Medders, Marketing Director at Tanger San Marcos. “As we continue to welcome new brands, like Happy Beauty, we are creating a versatile shopping experience with diverse offerings for everyone in the family.”
Arriving this holiday season, Happy Beauty Co. will offer more than 6,000 beauty products, with a carefully curated selection designed to provide quality at accessible price points. The retailer carries both international brands and its own products, with a focus on quality ingredients and value. The new Tanger San Marcos location will feature 2,975-square-feet of retail space near Levi’s.
Opening in October,
Kitchen Gadgets &amp; Toys will bring a selection of kitchen accessories, appliances, gadgets and tools designed to make cooking easier, enjoyable and accessible. The store will offer practical finds for the home, along with giftable products and specialty items for the whole family. Guests can find the new 4,100-square-foot store next to Design Within Reach.
The additions join other new brands at Tanger San Marcos, including the recently opened Serena &amp; Lily, further elevating the center’s mix of top national retailers and local shops that offer style, value and everyday essentials.

Set to open in fall 2026 in Five Ballpark Center, the concept builds on the team’s growing national presence, following its debut at New York’s Belmont Park Village, which earned coverage in The New York Times and Eater NY.

Located inside Five Ballpark Center, home of Truist Securities, Hundredfold will offer a refined yet approachable dining experience, pairing French culinary technique with familiar American flavors. The menu will feature a mix of classic and contemporary dishes, reflecting Hollingsworth’s background in French technique and his appreciation for American comfort food. The beverage program, crafted by Chef Hollingsworth and Patina Group Vice President of Restaurant and Bar Olivier Rassinoux, brings French elegance and American playfulness to the glass.
