Central Atlanta Progress Showcases Redefined Downtown

Event will honor Downtown leaders and institutions and celebrate CAP/ADID accomplishments.

From CAP: Central Atlanta Progress (CAP) and the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District (ADID) will host their 2019 Annual Meeting & Awards Celebration on Tuesday, March 12 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Beginning with registration and a networking breakfast at 7:00 a.m., more than 1,000 of the city’s top business and civic leaders will enjoy a dynamic program hosted by CAP leadership and special guests.

Themed Downtown Redefined, the event will celebrate a new beginning and visual identity for the organizations, as well as those who are working to redefine the future of Downtown Atlanta.

“Both CAP/ADID and Downtown have noticeably evolved in the past year,” said A.J. Robinson, CAP/ADID President. “We’ll reflect on those changes at our Annual Meeting, and, more importantly, we’ll look ahead and the great things in store for our community.”
