Nine David Weekley Homes New Home Communities Showcased on 2026 Atlanta Parade of Homes

A favorite Spring tradition for Atlanta real estate professionals, homebuyers, and interior design inspiration seekers, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s Parade of Homes returns to Atlanta over the course of three weekends in April and May. David Weekley Homes, a proud GAHBA member since 2005, will feature nine of its communities on the organization’s largest annual spring showcase of new homes across metro Atlanta. Once again, the award-winning national homebuilder will open the doors of its professionally designed model homes and quick move-in homes for Parade of Homes participants to enjoy via FREE self-guided tours. During the tours on April 18-19, 25-26, and May 2-3, thanks to the GAHBA and its sponsors, visitors can vote for their favorite homes on the Parade and enter a raffle to win Braves tickets, a Yeti cooler, and a pair of bicycles by scanning a QR code at each stop, with the winning builder to be announced at the end of May.
“2026 marks the ninth time we’ve taken part in The Parade of Homes,” said Adam Cornett, Atlanta Division President for David Weekley Homes. “Not only does it represent an excellent opportunity for homebuyers to tour local communities and see what’s out there, but it’s also a time to witness firsthand what sets different builders apart. We’ve won thousands of awards for the design and architecture of our model homes all across the nation – some of which will be represented on this year’s tour.”
The Atlanta Parade of Homes involves FREE self-guided tours of a wide variety of homes and townhomes offering a diversity of styles, locations, and price points throughout Metro Atlanta. Anyone interested in participating in the Parade of Homes is encouraged to download the Atlanta Parade of Homes app on the App Store or Google Play to find dates for upcoming tours, a map of homes on the tour, resources to help them make informed housing decisions, and more.
