Looking to build a career in tech and AI at no cost?

National Tech Training nonprofit NPower is now accepting applications for its new FREE Path2TECH: AI Prompt + Power Automation program. Designed for working adults, career changers, veterans, and military spouses, the virtual evening program provides hands-on training in AI tools increasingly used in today's workplace — no prior AI experience required.

Eligible applicants must:

  • Be 21 or older
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have 1–3 years of professional experience in any field
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Participants will receive hands-on training in prompt engineering, workflow automation, Microsoft Copilot, and other tools increasingly used in today's workplace. The program also includes career coaching, industry-recognized certifications, and job placement support.

Designed to align with evolving employer needs, the program aims to help local residents prepare for AI-enabled careers, strengthen their long-term economic mobility, and succeed in a rapidly changing job market.

Classes are held virtually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30–9:30 p.m. ET.
