InCommunity Welcomes New Board Members

ATLANTA, GA — InCommunity, a leading nonprofit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, announces the appointment of two leaders, William Pahl and Richard Thorne, to its Board of Directors. These accomplished professionals bring a wealth of expertise and a shared passion for community service, strengthening InCommunity's mission to create meaningful change.

William Pahl joins the board with a background in financial planning and wealth management. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Associate at RBC Wealth Management, Pahl specializes in helping individuals and families achieve financial success through investment allocation, financial planning, and wealth-building strategies.

As a Certified Financial Planner, Pahl is known for his relationships with clients and his ability to stay at the forefront of financial industry trends. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in Finance and Marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Richard Thorne brings decades of global leadership experience as a retired C-suite executive. With a career spanning more than 35 years, Thorne held various senior roles, including President of Kimberly-Clark Professional North America and Vice President of Kimberly-Clark Professional Asia Pacific. His strategic vision, expertise in leadership development, and ability to drive growth have been instrumental in shaping successful businesses worldwide.

Currently based in Atlanta, Thorne is passionate about giving back and supporting initiatives that foster community development. He holds a Master of Marketing from the Royal Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom.
