Per a media report, the attorney for former Coffee County elections supervisor Misty Hampton claimed responsibility during a court hearing.

ATLANTA — The defense team for former Coffee County elections supervisor Misty Hampton claim to have leaked video interviews in an election subversion case in Fulton County, Atlanta News First reported Wednesday.
Hampton, along with ex-U.S. President Donald J. Trump and 17 others, are being charged on suspicion of violating the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and other charges after being accused of trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia.
Atlanta News First reported Jonathan Miller confessed during a Wednesday afternoon hearing to leaking the videos to a national media outlet.

The admission comes a day after news broke that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis asked for a protective order of evidence in the case.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Wednesday Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee is set to grant that protection order for some evidence.
