Man Charged With Murder In Killing Of Nat King Cole's Great-Nephew
Tracy Cole was stabbed to death around 2 a.m., Sept. 14, in the 300 block of Centennial Olympic Park Drive.
ATLANTA, GA — A man has been arrested in connection with the September fatal stabbing of Tracy Cole, who was reportedly the great-nephew of legendary musician Nat King Cole.
Atlanta Police said Ricardo Gayle, 41, was arrested Saturday by the Fairburn Police Department during a traffic stop. Gayle was taken to the APD headquarters and was charged on suspicion of murder.
Tracy Cole was stabbed to death around 2 a.m., Sept. 14, in the 300 block of Centennial Olympic Park Drive, police said, adding the stabbing was not a random act. Police said Tracy Cole and Gayle were known to each other.
