YSL Gang Trial: 6th Defendant Takes Plea Deal In ATL RICO Case: Report
Antonio 'Obama' Sumlin pleaded guilty to violation of the RICO Act and other charges, reports say.
ATLANTA, GA — Antonio "Obama" Sumlin, 32, is the latest defendant to accept a plea deal in the widely-watched RICO case against rapper Young Thug and 27 others, according to a media report.
Prosecution accuse Jeffery "Young Thug" Williams' label, Young Slime Life, of being a criminal street gang. Sumlin was a co-defendant named in the case.
Sumlin is the sixth defendant in the past week to accept a guilty plea, the outlet reported. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime and participation in criminal street gang activity, according to the AJC.

Sumlin was sentenced to 15 years of probation with specific conditions set by the court, the outlet reported.
Among the defendants who have pleaded guilty thus far are rapper Sergio "Gunna" Kitchens and Williams' brother, Quantavious Grier, according to media reports.
