Each fall, downtown Augusta comes alive with color, music and flavors from around the world during the award-winning Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival. Returning September 18–20, 2026, the three-day celebration transforms the city into one of the Southeast's largest multicultural festivals, welcoming more than 100,000 visitors to experience a vibrant showcase of global cultures.
The festival's signature Global Village features authentic cuisine representing countries from across the world, while more than 150 juried artists line the streets with handcrafted works spanning a variety of mediums. Throughout the weekend, multiple stages host an energetic lineup of live music, dance and cultural performances, creating an immersive atmosphere where visitors can experience traditions from dozens of cultures—all within Augusta's walkable downtown.
