Auburn Gas Station for Sale

A covenience store in the heart of Auburn is up for sale.

With 3,500 square feet or more, the seller is asking $95,000 for the Exxon station at 1296 Atlanta Highway — . Store inventory can be financed with no interest for six months and rent is $6,500 a month. 

According to a listing, the station sells about 40,000 gallons monthly.

The owners of the convenience store were after an undercover officer with the Auburn's police department received a cash prize playing one of the store's video game machines.

Husband and wife Kathy and Ahmed Qamruddin of Buford were arrested and charged with commercial gambling, keeping a place of gambling and possession of gambling devices. It is not known if the Qamruddins still own the store.
