Bethlehem Property Leased by Carmike Cinemas Sells for $8 Million

The Bethlehem theater complex leased by Carmike Cinemas has been sold for $8 million. 

The website RetailTrafficMag.com reports RealtyLink LLC negotiated the sale of the 45,200-square-foot, 12-screen complex, home to Barrow County's . 

Carmike Cinemas signed a 20-year, triple-net lease for the space in January 2012.

"This does not affect our lease or the operation of the Carmike Gateway 12," Terrell Mayton, director of marketing for Carmike, said in an e-mail to Barrow Patch.
