The Barrow County Schools Fine Arts Festival presents the best and the brightest students from all of the art programs in the Barrow County Schools. The BCS Elementary Honors Chorus, under the direction of guest conductor Dr. Maribeth Yoder-White, will perform at at 6:30pm at the Barrow County PDC at 179 West Athens Street. on April 11. Displays and performances will move to the Winder Cultural Arts Center on April 12. Call the Cultural Arts Center at 678-425-6884 for more information. This event is free and open to the public.
