The Atlanta Dogwood Festival is the city's favorite springtime festival and features food booths, live entertainment, art and activities. This year’s festival returns to Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta with a variety of activities for the whole family. The artists market is one of the primary attractions of the festival, but the flowering dogwoods in spring are reason enough to visit Atlanta at festival time. Entertainers and musicians, including international performers, will be among the highlights of the festival. This event is free and open to the public, but ticketed events are available. Please see the Web site for details. Festival times are from noon to 9:00pm on Friday, 10:00am to 9:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday.
