Local Winder resident Dr. C B Skelton will be signing his biography "A Simple Seller of Noodles: A Memoir" at the Golden Corral in Winder.
The book covers how SamSan and his fellow refugees cam to live in the town of Winder.
Dr. Skelton will be available from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. and again from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
