Every weekday, Barrow Patch gives you a featured place, one you might know of or one you might not have heard of before.

A New U Fitness Center is a fitness center for women only. This gym is tucked in the middle section of the plaza where Fred's is located. It's a specialized gym for women that has a good mix of cardio and weight machines as well as free weights. Personal training packages and boot camps are also available.
