Meet the Candidate: Winder Resident Challenges Long-time Councilman for Ward Two Seat
Jim Cooley hopes to address issues with condemned and abandoned properties with Winder's Ward 2 if he is elected.

- In his own words, why he is running for the Ward 2 seat: “I would like to see something done not only for Ward 2, but for the city itself. If you look around Ward 2, there are so many condemned and abandoned homes, it literally turns my stomach. This is not how I want Winder to look. As Councilman, I will look to improve those situations immediately. With the right people on the Council and the Mayor's seat, it can be done.”
