Meet the Owner of a Local Fashion Boutique

Sharon Wiseman opened her fashion and accessory boutique in historic downtown Winder on March 16, 2011.

Sharon Wiseman opened the SimplyFab Boutique on March 16 of this year. Located at 58 North Broad St. in historic downtown Winder, the store specializes in clothing, shoes and accessories. Wiseman’s motto is providing fabulous fashions at a simple price.

Patch: How did you get into your line of work?

Sharon Wiseman: I actually worked retail in my young adult life and it’s always been my passion. I actually got into SimplyFab by starting my own flea market business. I was selling my own clothes and shoes out of my closet because I couldn’t find employment. And SimplyFab evolved into what it is now, having my own store.

Patch: What’s the best aspect of owning SimplyFab?

SW: It’s the people, absolutely the people. I’ve met so many wonderful women and men. It’s been nice to see the flavor of Winder. It’s been great.

Patch: What’s the worst aspect of owning SimplyFab?

SW: That I’m never off. That would be it, but it’s a good thing.

Patch: What are some of your hobbies outside of work?

SW: Motorcycle riding, photography and music time with hubby.

Patch: What is your personal business philosophy?

SW: I’m still learning, but basically it’s to have patience. If it’s something that you’re really passionate about, you keep doing it and eventually things will work out

SimplyFab is open from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday. You can visit the store's website at www.ursimplyfab.com or check them out on Facebook at SimplyFab Boutique.
