Executive Chef David Bradley will take his passion for sourcing and preparing amazingly fresh seafood from Fifth Group Restaurants’ Ecco to its first seafood venture Lure when it opens in July. As many chefs today like to use the entire animal in their cooking, he will share how you can do the same with shrimp. Participants will learn how to use all parts of the shrimp- head, tail and shell - in this fun menu including: Coctel de Mariscos – guerrero-style seafood cocktail with citrus; Shrimp Bisque with tarragon shrimp dumplings; and Shrimp Toast with coriander and tarragon. The evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
