Due to the volume of requests the Counseling Office has received in regard to scheduling for the 2012- 2013 term, CCHS regrets it is unable to reply to each communication received. To assist with first semester scheduling, there will be two Fall Schedule Review Sessions.
The Review Sessions will be:
June 13, 7:30 am - 11:30 am
June 14, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
No appointment will be required to attend either review session to make modifications to a student's Fall semester schedule. Please keep the guidelines below in mind as you consider schedule changes for Fall 2012.
Schedule changes will only be made for the following reasons:
a) Incomplete schedule

c) Student has not met the prerequisite(s) for the scheduled course
