CMS: CRCT Math Tutoring for 8th Graders

Attention eighth grade parents: 

The Criterion Referenced Competency Test (CRCT) starts April 23, 2012.  It has become evident that many Eighth Grade students need additional practice after a Mock CRCT was given in some classrooms. Please understand that tutorial sessions have expanded for your child this year in Eighth Grade and your child is strongly encouraged to consider these sessions if they are Level One, they did not do well on the Mock Test, or if they scored below 815 on the CRCT last year.

The latest sessions are below-

*New: Peer Tutoring Sessions are happening in Eighth Grade classrooms each week leading up to the CRCT. Here is the schedule:

Monday - Room A210 Peer Tutors (Mr. Childs/Dr. Rice Monitors), Tuesday - Room A210 Peer Tutors (Mr. Nickerson Monitors), Wednesday - Room A210 (Ms. Dao Monitors), and
Friday -Room A210 (De Veaux).

If for any reason a teacher is absent, these sessions will still go on with another teacher in place of the absent teacher.*
*All morning sessions start promptly at 8:00 am.
