The Taste Club: Traveling to South Africa in March

Learn about the beautiful wines of South Africa with Chef Nancy Waldeck as she takes you through the country while stopping to enjoy food and wine along the way. The evening will begin with one of South Africa’s signature whites, Chenin Blanc.  There will be a taste and comparison with traditional and contemporary wine styles. Along with the wines, there will be an appropriate appetizer, salad, Braai (or barbeque) with Sosties, Lamb and Chicken and dessert.
