Buckhead Atlanta Opening One Week Away; New Tenants Announced
There are now 36 confirmed retail stores and restaurants taking up shop in the long-awaited development.

The San Diego-based developers behind an ambitious retail complex opening next week in Buckhead have announced the names of three new stores that will soon open their doors within.
Oliver McMillan revealed on Wednesday that Alice + Olivia, BONOBOS, and Courage.b are planning to come to Buckhead Atlanta, which is opening to the public on Sept. 18, reports Buckhead View.
Alice + Olivia sells women’s apparel and accessories, BONOBOS is a men’s clothing designer, and Courage.b is billed as a clothing boutique. Buckhead View reports that the trio of stores are each company’s first forays into the Atlanta market.

Tomorrow’s News Today reported that several luxury retailers and restaurants will begin operations on Sept. 18, and other stores will follow suit later in the month.
Although you can find the full list at Tomorrow’s News Today, some of the first stores to open will be Canali, Hermès, Scoop NYC, and Warby Parker. Corso Coffee and Shake Shack are among the four restaurants slated to open on the 18th.

A press release from Buckhead Atlanta developer Oliver McMillan states that new stores and restaurants will open every week until the end of the year. Some of the brands that will be open before 2015 include Spanx, American Cut, and Jimmy Choo.
Workers were putting the finishing touches on the project on Aug. 22, when construction crews began planting rose beds and trees on the property. Atlanta InTown reports that the landscaping alone cost $10 million.
The estimated cost of the 300,000 sq. ft. project is $1 billion.
