According to BuckheadView, donors to the Buckhead Alliance’s 2009 project to revamp Charlie Loudermilk Park could elect to have a brick installed in the finished space memorializing their contributions. However, the 2015 version of the revamped park has no place for the 200 or so bricks and they will be covered or removed from the park’s clock tower.
The Buckhead Alliance no longer exists; its debts and assets were taken over by Livable Buckhead, but a Livable Buckhead spokeswoman told BuckheadView that they’re not responsible for the brick project, only the former organization’s financials.
