The following Buford area building permits were recently issued by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development:

• 3333 Buford Drive, Suite 2025 – Permit issued for interior finish work for Aerosoles.
• 2443 Hamilton Mill Road – Permits issued for remodeling work at McDonald’s, the addition of a 1,500 gallon grease trap, two new menu boards and two new drive through canopies.
• 3264 Buford Drive, Suite 90 – Permit issued for tenant change (Signature Dry Cleaner).
• 4433 Well Springs Court - Permit issued for land disturbance only.
• 4423 Well Springs Court – Permit issued for land disturbance only.
• 3861 Sovereign Drive - Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 3333 Sag Harbor Court – Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 3120 Rock Manor Way – Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 3558 Clarecastle Drive - Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 5681 Skylar Creek Lane - Vacant structure registration permit issued.
• 3038 Express Lane – Vacant structure registration permit issued.
• 1282 Joe Brogdon Lane - Vacant structure registration permit issued.
• 2590 Bluffton Road – Permit issued to replace 45’ of waterline.
• 3484 Hidden Shoals Road – Permit issued for retaining wall.
• 3262 Seneca Farm Lane – Permit issued for construction of 12’x19’ covered deck and 12’x33’ uncovered deck.
