Bogan Park Aquatic Center to Be Renovated

The project includes new roof panels, new HVAC and filtration systems and locker room renovations.

The Bogan Park Aquatic Center is getting a face lift.

On Dec. 11, the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners approved a major renovation project for the 15-year-old facility. According to a Gwinnett County press release, the project includes new roof panels, new HVAC and filtration systems and locker room renovations "to improve operational and energy efficiencies."

The $3.15 million renovation will be funded from the 2005 SPLOST program.
