Buford-Area Man Shot in Apparent Home Robbery
The incident happened late Wednesday night near Buford on Old Cumming Road.
Police are investigating a Wednesday night shooting that wounded a man in a possible attempted robbery near Buford.
WSB-TV reported the man was shot after his dog’s barking alerted him to the masked men who were inside the his residence on Old Cumming Road around 11:30 p.m. The man was shot in the groin after a brief struggle, the TV station reported. The dog also was shot.
