Buford Docket Book: Urban Camping, Terroristic Threats and Other Charges

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between April 26 and April 30. Those arrested and their charges include (see photos above):

Ashley Nicole Cupps-Barrett, 2333 Ivy Crest Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 29. The listed charge is simple battery.

Yong Sik Kim, 3154 Victoria Park Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 29. The listed charge is DUI.

Cornel Cupsa, 3696 Victoria Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 29. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Randall Kevin Jones, 365 Power Avenue, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 29. The listed charges are avoiding a traffic control device, driving in violation of permit conditions and seatbelt violation.

Roberto Dominguez, 345 Jackson Street, Apt. B, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 29. The listed charges are no proof insurance, driving without a license, giving a false name and following too closely. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Laura Loraine Brayboy, 5298 Lebaniere Heights, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 28. The listed charge is failure to appear.

John Thomas Hollenbeck, 2330 Black Bear Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 28. The listed charges are battery, loitering and prowling, and simple battery.

Valerie Aleta Patillo, 830 Forest Street, Apt. D, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 27. The listed charges are giving false name or information and VGCSA.

Alexander Joseph Sosnowski, 348 East Shadburn Avenue, Apt. A, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 27. The listed charges are driving while unlicensed and brake lights not working.

Detra Delores Barnum, 286 Roberts View Trail, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 26. The listed charges are battery and terroristic threats and acts.

Lisa Monica Bennett, 2995 Spring Lake Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 26. The listed charge is "other offense."

Gregory Anthony Anderson, 3355 Lee Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 26. The listed charge is urban camping.
