Observations: Violations for hand washing, bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods, using a hand wash sink, cooling, adulterated food, cleaning food contact surfaces and food separation. Dish washer did not wash her hands between handling dirty dishes with her bare hands and then clean dishes. Chef changed gloves without washing his hands. Food handler handled spinach with his bare hands at the cookline. Whisk stored in the line hand sink. Fruit flies observed in multiple liquor bottles (upstairs bar & downstairs bar). Unwashed (including moldy strawberries) stored above cut/ready-to-eat vegetables in the walkin cooler. Mold-like buildup inside the ice machine. Marinara sauce not cooling at an approved cooling rate. Ineffective cooling methods used to cool potentially hazardous foods. Grease/dust buildup on the cookline equipment. Grease/buildup on the floor under the cookline equipment.
