'Coffee With A Cop' Scheduled for Buford

BUFORD, GA -- Gwinnett County Police have scheduled a "Coffee With a Cop" meet-and-greet session in Buford.

On Thursday, from 9-11 a.m., police officers will meet with members of the public for a casual conversation at Boulder Creek Coffee, at 2815 Buford Drive.

The mission of Coffee With a Cop, according to the department, “is to break down the barriers between police officers and the residents they serve.”

The meetings have no set agenda and residents are encouraged to ask any questions or voice any concerns they may have, along with getting to know the officers working in their area.
